All children from 0 to 16 years of age must be licensed by the local council which the baby, toddler, child or teenage model lives within.
If children are traveling abroad to work, additional information is requested such as local police authorization and approval from Bow Street Magistrates court.
We regret that we are not able to represent children under the age of 3, however we can recommend that you visit www.albamodelinformation.com who can advise you where to go. Please come back and see us as soon as your children come of age.
What we need now
When managing a child in the modeling/entertainment industry, there are certain responsibilities that you should be aware of as and when they are employed. It can be a time consuming process and often required at short notice so you need to make sure you are ready to take on the challenge!
Please ensure that when registering your child with fresh agents you inform us of your local council, provide copy of birth certificate, names and addresses of their school as well as their doctors contact details.
What we will need later...
At the time of booking, we will require a medical consent form from your doctor, this must be obtained by a parent/guardian. We may also require a letter of authorization from your school, depending on the local council you are within. If the children are traveling overseas, additional authorization is required form local police authorities and will need to be accompanied by a letter from both parents/guardians.
For more information on licensing children to work, please go to www.bucksinfo.net/nncee/entertainment/ or contact your local council.
Please note, when making a booking for anyone under the age of 16, a period of 21 days notice is required in order to process licenses and court approvals.
